1. Event Entry & Admission
- Ticket Requirement: A valid digital or physical ticket is mandatory for entry. Each ticket is valid for one person only.
- Age Policy: Children aged 3 and above require a separate ticket. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the right of admission. We may refuse entry or ask any attendee to leave for behavior that disrupts the spiritual sanctity of the event.
2. Strict Code of Conduct
- Prohibited Items: Bhajan Clubbing is a Strictly Alcohol-Free, Smoke-Free, and Drug-Free event. Possession or consumption of intoxicants will lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
- Sanctity: Attendees are expected to maintain the decorum of a devotional gathering. No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the main hall.
3. Media & Promotional Consent
- Filming in Progress: By entering the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed.
- Usage Rights: You grant Bharat Bhakti Sangam the right to use your likeness in "Instagram Reels," "YouTube After-movies," and other promotional materials globally and in perpetuity
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.
- Artist Lineup: While we strive to maintain the announced lineup (e.g., specific Kirtan artists or DJs), the organizers reserve the right to change the performers due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Liability
- Attendees are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. The organizers and venue owners are not liable for any loss, theft, or injury sustained during the festival.
6. Third-Party Links
- We may provide links to external websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
6. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
